Artisan Sourdough
Our 48-hour fermented sourdough has a crackling crust and an open, airy crumb. Baked in a Dutch oven for that perfect blister.
Butter Croissants
Seven layers of French butter and laminated dough, folded by hand. We make ours every morning — they sell out by noon.
Coffee & Espresso
Single-origin pour-overs and classic espressos made with a locally roasted blend. Oat milk and other alternatives available.
Sweet Pastries
Cinnamon rolls, Danish, danish twists, and seasonal fruit tarts — all made from scratch with real butter and farm eggs.
Cakes & Desserts
Custom celebration cakes, cheesecakes, and daily dessert selections. Order ahead for weekends and holidays.
Savory & Lunch
Quiches, savory tarts, and sandwiches on our house bread. A satisfying midday option made with local ingredients.
Our Story
A bakery built

Morning Glory Bakery started with a simple conviction: that people in small towns deserve the same quality of bread and pastry as anyone in a big city. We opened our doors on East Main Street and have been waking up before dawn ever since.
Every recipe is tested, adjusted, and re-tested. We source flour from regional mills, eggs from local farms, and butter that actually makes a difference in the final crust. Our sourdough starter has been alive for years — we treat it like family.
This isn't a chain. It's a neighborhood bakery that happens to be the best in Westmoreland, and we're proud of that.
